absoluteHR is an experienced HR consultancy offering a wide range of Human Resources services and solutions.

We work predominantly with companies in the small to medium business sector that do not have their own internal HR resource. We provide them with HR support services required to suit their needs. These range from providing HR policies and procedures, training leaders/managers in the use of the policies and procedures, offering advice and support on issues with employees, assisting with recruitment and selection and offering 1 off support or a retainer service.

We also work with larger companies who require additional HR support in the areas of vision setting, culture change, communicating change and people training and development.
