BIOGRAPHY


Tracy Regan is the founder of
absoluteHR. She is an
experienced Human Resources Professional based in
Warrington, Cheshire. She has spent
her working life working for companies based in the
North West of England and Scotland whilst also working
with teams across Europe.
Her passion is in empowering companies to increase
the emotional commitment and discretionary effort of
their employees and helping them to develop a clear and
shared vision that all levels of personnel take
ownership for and in turn make improvements in areas
such as productivity, team work, communication and
morale.
When working with individuals she is excited by
helping people to improve their self awareness and have
a clear vision of the future that they want and helping
them to develop a plan of how they are going to achieve
it.
I have worked for a number of organisations, large
and small over the last 18 years and I have always been
passionate about people and development and have always
had the ability to facilitate change in individuals and
teams.
I have over 12 years experience in HR, training and
development and change management in different business
sectors including customer services, sales,
manufacturing and distribution. And have worked for
several blue chip organisations in HR management roles.
