COACHING

The word ‘coaching’ literally means to transport someone from one place to another. Coaching is used to help people move forward in a certain direction, which is dictated by the coachee.

Coaching teaches you how to pinpoint your focus and release your energy so that you can be fully engaged with life. There are times when even the most creative individual or team hits a block to progress, be that in their work or personal life.

Change is desired in order to move forward, what they may not have realised is that the solution they seek is already in their possession. Coaching helps a person to unlock their potential and find solutions.

Coaching sessions take place on a one-to-one or as a group basis, with clear objectives established and in a structured environment where clients can take responsibility for their ideas and unlock their potential and creativity. Participants learn for themselves and turn challenges into development opportunities, deepening their self knowledge and envisaging new perspectives.

We work flexibly offering either a fixed number of coaching sessions over a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month period or regular coaching sessions until outcomes have been achieved.
