COACHES
Do you have/want to have internal coaches but don’t
know how to develop them or help them become better
coaches? Then we can help you…
We will deliver coach
training workshops in a learning, non judgemental
environment. To help the participants:
- learn different coaching tools and techniques
- experience coaching practice sessions
- develop listening skills
- develop questioning skills
- understand the difference between coaching,
training, mentoring and counselling
Once the internal coaches are having coaching
sessions in the organisation we can continue to support
them via coaching supervision in which we can discuss
their experiences, be their coach, or even observe them
carrying out a coaching session and provide them with
feedback.
