Caroline Mayoh
Caroline is a Director of Inspiration 2 Action Limited, an
organisation centred around inspiring people and businesses in new
directions. She is a Human Resource Professional with a background in
areas such as; Business Partnering, coaching, culture change, training
and development, career transition, management and graduate development,
job design and evaluation, career transition and outplacement as well as
individual and team development. She has worked in different Corporate
functions, Engineering, Mergers and Acquisitions and with Commercial
teams.
She has a passion for assisting people to reach their full potential
and making best use of their talents and skills. She enjoys designing,
delivering and leading creative learning solutions that enhance
individual performance, bring about positive changes, enhance potential
and offer genuine benefit to the individuals and the business.
Caroline is qualified in life coaching, performance coaching and is
currently working towards Executive Coaching and HNLP coaching
accreditation.
She is a certified HNLP and NLP Practitioner and has a Certificate in
Facilitated Learning applying brain-friendly learning and accelerated
learning techniques in training interventions. She is accredited by SHL
and OPP to utilise various psychometric instruments such as OPQ, Myers
Briggs Type Indicator. She also has a Diploma in Management Studies.
Previous employment has been in the public sector but she has also
worked with many independent clients from different backgrounds.
Caroline recently project managed an innovative and successful career
transition and outplacement closure programme for British Nuclear Fuels
plc and British Nuclear Group Limited for more than 200 staff.
RACHEL PHILIPS (BSC HONS)
Profile
Rachel has 8 years experience of Learning & Development and Coaching
within fast paced commercial Retail and Financial organisations - most
recently working as Head Office Training Manager for Topshop (Britain’s
leading fashion retailer), and L&D Consultant for HBOS Intelligent
Finance (one of the largest leading UK direct retail banks, and pioneer
in ‘offsetting’).
Coupled with a background in Corporate Psychology, and her experience
of full training cycle implementation (training needs analysis, design,
delivery, and evaluation), Rachel’s energetic, professional, and
inquisitive learner centred coaching and training style produces
measurable change orientated results.
When coaching or training on either a 1:2:1, team, or group basis Rachel
works with each client to create awareness, and generate a personal
commitment that empowers self-responsibility to make differences of real
personal and business value.
