The Health and Well-being Taster
days: Are designed to promote health
and well-being and raise overall awareness about how
your people can take back control and minimise the
effects of stress. In order for you to reach as many of
your people as possible, they can be set up in a central
location within your business allowing people to drop in
at their convenience. If you have multi sites we can
conduct a series of Road shows to suit your needs.
Alternatively we can deliver at department level,
particularly effective if you wish to focus on specific
areas of your business
We offer a range of well-being workshops and stress
management services to help you and your people manage
stress not only in the workplace but in their daily
lives.
Work related stress is a major cause of occupational
ill health with one in five people claiming to be in
jobs they find extremely stressful.
There have been huge changes in the way we work over
the past few decades. Many organisations have downsized
so that fewer staff have to work harder and for longer
and technological advances mean we are bombarded with
e-mails, faxes and phone calls wherever we are.
Employers have a Duty of Care to assess the risk of
stress-related ill health under the Management of Health
and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and to take measures
to control that risk under the Health and Safety at Work
Act 1974.
With its unique holistic approach to managing stress
we can work with you to fulfill your obligations. Our
workshops and programmes are far from the all too
familiar trainer-led sessions. Informal, informative and
interactive we tailor each session to what you the
client requires.
And if you don’t really know what you require we will
work with you to help you work it out!
Whether you are a large organisation with many people
or a small medium size enterprise with just a few
people, we can deliver a wellness programme that will
help you and the people of your business understand and
manage the stress in their lives.
